These are the comments by noisechip about your game, things that can improve it:
- add music
- instead of a block use a character design for the playable char/block
- use bigger graphics for the elements that the player eat
- use a background
- maybe change the palette can help, here a link to some palettes ( https://lospec.com/palette-list )
- solve the bugs ( in a certain point no more elements to eat appeared, also no easter eggs appeared )
- implement more elements in the game design ( for example a enemy that kills the player or stole/eat the fruits )
- add title screen and menus screens
- add hud
